Can I view a list of the bottles I have removed?

To view the list of bottles that have been removed from your cellar inventory:
Under the 'My Cellar' heading, click 'Cellar Archive'.

You will see a list of the bottles you have removed, including details you have saved about when and why that bottle was removed from your cellar.
