When you register or subscribe to WineBOSS, you have two cellars created automatically. You can edit the names and locations of these to get started, or you can create new cellars whenever you like. First, choose 'Preferences' from the left menu, then click 'Cellar Info'. You will see the cellars you currently have, as well as a link near the top left side of the screen. Click 'Add New Cellar'.
